New Ad Campaign Aims to Teach Proper Online Behavior
The New York Times reports on a new ad campaign which uses humor to educate middle-schoolers and teens about when online communications (IMs, phone pictures, social-network comments) cross the line into harassment. The campaign is based online at thatsnotcool.com In the new issue of Digital Directions, First Line of Defense, is a story about a Virginia school district which has created an internet safety comic book for students.
